Job Overview:
The position of E T Consultant at the World Bank involves working within the Information and Technology Solutions (ITS) Vice Presidential Unit, which plays a crucial role in enabling the organization to achieve its mission of eradicating extreme poverty and enhancing shared prosperity. The Digital Solutions team, which is part of the ITS, is responsible for delivering modern productivity, collaboration, and endpoint solutions to over 30,000 users. The consultant will focus on the Power Platform, contributing to the modernization of enterprise applications and supporting the growth of the citizen development community. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders and team members to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions, ensuring that the organization can effectively utilize technology to meet its goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of the E T Consultant include:

• Solution Development: Building and maintaining Power Platform solutions while supporting Azure-based integrations.
• Citizen Development Support: Guiding citizen developers and applying platform guardrails and best practices to ensure effective use of the Power Platform.
• Integration & Customization: Developing custom connectors and integrating with C#/.NET, REST APIs, and enterprise systems to enhance functionality.
• ALM & DevOps: Supporting source control, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and environment management to streamline development processes.
• Governance & Documentation: Enforcing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and contributing to team documentation and training materials to ensure compliance and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications:
The required qualifications for the E T Consultant position include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates should possess a low-code and AI mindset, demonstrating the ability to evaluate when to use low-code, AI-enabled automation, or custom-code approaches to effectively solve business problems. Additionally, hands-on experience in building complex automated workflows and system integrations across Power Platform and Azure is essential. Strong analytical thinking skills are necessary to troubleshoot complex flows, integration failures, and performance bottlenecks. Effective stakeholder communication skills are required to translate business requirements into clear and concise technical solutions. Adaptability to work across multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment is crucial, along with a strong attention to detail to deliver reliable, well-tested solutions with minimal rework. Educational Background:
