Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a master's degree in a relevant domain and have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, excellent relationship management and communication skills, and the ability to drive team performance. Experience in ground segment systems, including design, development, integration, testing, qualification, and maintenance, is highly desirable. Familiarity with launcher and payload preparation activities is also beneficial.
Languages:
The working languages of the European Space Agency are English and French. A good knowledge of one of these languages is mandatory, while knowledge of another Member State language would be considered an asset.
Additional Notes:
The position is a four-year appointment, extendable to indefinite, and is subject to rotation. The successful candidate must be eligible to access information and technology subject to European or US export control and sanctions regulations.
