Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Implementing and managing programs that align with CRS's mission and objectives, ensuring that they are effective and responsive to the needs of the communities served.
Collaborating with local partners and stakeholders to develop and execute project plans, including setting goals, timelines, and performance indicators.
Monitoring and evaluating program outcomes to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that all activities adhere to CRS's safeguarding policies.
Providing training and capacity-building support to local staff and partners to enhance their skills and knowledge in program implementation and management.
Preparing reports and documentation related to program activities, outcomes, and financial expenditures, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and organizational standards.
