  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as international development, communications, public administration, or a related discipline is required for the Reporting Specialist position. A master's degree in a similar field is preferred and may enhance the candidate's competitiveness for the role.

Experience:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in project reporting, documentation, or communications, particularly in the context of international development or humanitarian assistance. Experience working in challenging environments, such as conflict-affected areas or regions impacted by natural disasters, is highly desirable.

Languages:
Proficiency in English is mandatory for the Reporting Specialist position, as all reporting and documentation will be conducted in English. Knowledge of local languages spoken in Myanmar, such as Burmese, is considered an asset and may facilitate better communication with local stakeholders.

Additional Notes:
This position is remote, allowing the incumbent to work from any location while maintaining daily communication with the project management unit in Mandalay.
