The role is designed to provide the intern with hands-on experience in drafting reports, consolidating information, and supporting communication initiatives related to digital transformation and service delivery improvements. The intern will be expected to engage with various stakeholders, including unit heads and subject matter experts, to gather and synthesize information into clear and structured communication outputs. Duties and Responsibilities: The intern will be responsible for a range of duties including: drafting and compiling the ICTSS Annual Report, which involves creating structured narratives on digital transformation initiatives and operational achievements; collecting and consolidating inputs from various unit heads and synthesizing technical information into clear communication outputs; supporting the editing and refinement of the ICTSS Strategy document; preparing and coordinating the quarterly ICTSS bulletin that highlights achievements and ongoing initiatives; developing concise content for various internal communication materials; drafting announcements, briefing notes, and other documentation as required; liaising with Corporate Communications and Graphics teams to refine messaging; attending section and project meetings to prepare structured minutes; maintaining a centralized tracker of action points; and developing a consolidated overview of ICTSS initiatives and their progress status.
Required Qualifications: Applicants must have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within the last two years in fields such as Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related area. While no professional work experience is required, demonstrated experience in writing, editing, or communications through academic work, internships, or other relevant activities is desirable. An interest or exposure to digital transformation, innovation, or technology-related topics is considered an asset. Additionally, applicants must be students in their final year of a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. program or have completed such programs.
Educational Background: The educational background required for this internship includes a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
