Interns will work closely with experienced professionals and will be involved in projects that aim to enhance the quality of services provided to refugees and promote effective integration strategies in Denmark.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As an intern, you will participate in various activities within the Knowledge & Development unit. Your responsibilities will include developing survey designs, collecting and analyzing data, assisting with focus group interviews, contributing to the creation of professional notes and publications, conducting literature reviews, and supporting the planning and execution of internal and external meetings and professional events. You will also be expected to take on a larger independent project that aligns with your interests and skills, allowing you to showcase your capabilities and contribute meaningfully to the team.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates should be actively pursuing a relevant academic degree at the master's level. Strong skills in quantitative and/or qualitative research methods are essential, along with excellent written communication abilities. A genuine interest in refugee issues and integration processes in Denmark is crucial, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others and independently manage tasks effectively. Educational Background:
The ideal candidate will be enrolled in a master's program related to social sciences, international relations, or a similar field that provides a strong foundation for understanding the complexities of refugee integration and development. Experience:
While prior experience in the field of refugee assistance or social development is not mandatory, any relevant volunteer work, internships, or academic projects that demonstrate a commitment to these areas will be considered an asset. The internship is primarily aimed at students who are looking to gain practical experience and enhance their understanding of the sector.

Languages:
The primary working language for this position is Danish, and proficiency in Danish is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages, particularly English, is considered a valuable asset, as it may facilitate communication with international colleagues and stakeholders.

Additional Notes:
The internship is expected to last between 4 to 6 months, with flexibility regarding study commitments. Interns will work approximately 30 to 37 hours per week, depending on their academic schedule. The position is unpaid; however, interns will accrue 2.08 unpaid vacation days per month, which can be taken as they are earned or accumulated. Additionally, interns will have access to free lunch in the organization's cafeteria, subject to its operational hours.
