Job Overview: The Senior Office Administrator position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the establishment and functioning of a new One WBG office in Doha. The successful candidate will work under the leadership of the WBG Country Manager and collaborate with WBG Directors and teams across the GCC. The role requires an energetic self-starter who can manage multiple tasks effectively while ensuring the smooth operation of the office. The administrator will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and logistical support to the extended WBG Qatar team, ensuring adherence to WBG policies and procedures. This includes managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing various documents with a high degree of accuracy. The role also involves developing and managing a contact list for the WBG Doha office, serving as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, and identifying local vendors to support office operations. The position is critical in enhancing administrative efficiency and supporting the strategic goals of the WBG Qatar team.
