Duties and Responsibilities: The Executive Director will have a comprehensive set of responsibilities that include:
General Management and Leadership: Establishing and articulating the vision and strategy for the IRC location, engaging with local leaders, and cultivating collaborative relationships with various stakeholders.
Planning: Leading the local strategic planning process and ensuring alignment with the IRC's overall mission.
Team Management: Hiring, supervising, and guiding staff, promoting compliance with the IRC Code of Conduct, and ensuring effective onboarding and professional development.
Operations: Ensuring timely communication with headquarters on operational issues and supporting local implementation of IRC policies.
