Job Overview:
The Project Manager will play a crucial role in managing the Capacity Building component of HI's operations in Sudan, specifically in the context of the ongoing humanitarian crisis. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Project Manager's duties include:

• Strategic Planning: Identify and analyze capacity-building needs of humanitarian stakeholders, develop training plans, and coordinate the implementation of training programs.
• Team Management: Supervise and manage the Capacity Building Officer, ensuring their continuous training and skill development.
• Partnership Development: Establish partnerships with training centers or organizations as necessary.
