Duties and Responsibilities: The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for a comprehensive range of duties, including but not limited to:
Supporting recruitment processes by coordinating the publication of job vacancies, sorting applications, arranging interviews, and preparing necessary documentation.
Carrying out pre-employment activities such as preparing Entry on Duty (EOD) documentation, coordinating medical exams, and ensuring compliance with insurance plans.
Maintaining the organizational HR system, ensuring data consistency and accuracy, and generating HR-related reports.
Acting as Timekeeper, managing leave quotas, and responding to inquiries regarding leave administration.
Assisting in separation, classification, reclassification, and promotion processes by collecting documentation and coordinating with relevant units.
Updating and maintaining electronic and physical archiving systems, including personnel and recruitment files.
Drafting employment certificates, notices, and reports, and supporting the organization of HR events.
Responding to general inquiries about HR policies and procedures, and performing other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a High School diploma with four years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field with two years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential, and experience with SAP is a distinct advantage. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. Previous experience with international humanitarian organizations or government institutions is preferred. Additionally, candidates should exhibit discretion, patience, and a willingness to learn.
Educational Background: The educational requirements for this position include either a High School diploma accompanied by four years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology. The educational institutions must be accredited and recognized, as listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database.
