Job Overview: The position of Data Entry Clerk at Pact is integral to the implementation of the USAID Zambia Integrated Health Activity. This initiative supports the objectives of USAID and PEPFAR, specifically the 95/95/95 goals, which aim to improve service delivery and technical assistance for Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH) services. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring that high-quality, client-centered HIV/AIDS and MNCH services are available to all Zambians. The role also requires the clerk to reconcile HMIS reports with monthly summations and verify data before submission to relevant authorities.
Required Qualifications: Candidates should possess a diploma in statistics, computer science, monitoring and evaluation, social sciences, project management, or a related field. A degree in a relevant area is considered an added advantage. Additionally, candidates should have experience working with MS Access, Excel, and Word, as well as knowledge of USAID M&E reporting systems.
