The coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the effective management of budgets, donor funding contracts, and personnel administration, thereby contributing to the overall success of HI's mission in the region.
Duties and Responsibilities: The Finance and HR Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Ensuring the mission's accountancy and cash flow management, which involves overseeing financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
Managing the budget and donor funding contracts, ensuring that all financial activities align with donor requirements and organizational policies.
Implementing HR processes, including recruitment, remuneration, social and healthcare coverage, evaluation, and training, while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Guaranteeing the administration of international and national personnel at the mission level, which includes managing contracts, payroll, and employee benefits.
Collaborating with the Darfur team to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities.
Reporting on financial and HR matters to the Country Director and Headquarters, ensuring transparency and accountability in all operations.
