Job Overview:
The Family Connector position is designed to support vulnerable families in the Armadale West community, focusing on improving child development outcomes and school readiness. The role involves working closely with families to help them access necessary services and support, thereby enhancing their children's well-being. The Family Connector will be part of the Early Years team, reporting to the Team Leader, and will engage with families identified as vulnerable by the local working group.
