UNV encourages volunteering through three main activities, which can be summarized as advocacy, an inclusive approach and the mobilization of resources.

Volunteerism, which is an effective way to deal with development problems, has the ability to change the speed and nature of development. Volunteerism benefits both the community and the volunteer by strengthening trust, solidarity and solidarity among citizens and creating opportunities for participation.
