Duties and Responsibilities: The Team Assistant will be responsible for a comprehensive set of duties, including but not limited to: providing logistical and administrative support for the Framework Convention on International Tax Cooperation; performing a wide range of office support functions; drafting responses to routine correspondence; monitoring processes and schedules related to the unit's outputs; verifying the accuracy of documents; researching and compiling information for reports and meetings; generating statistical reports; proofreading and editing documents; managing phone calls and visitor inquiries; providing secretarial support for meetings and conferences; maintaining websites; preparing presentation materials; managing calendars; performing data entry; processing mail and documents; updating distribution lists; handling administrative tasks such as leave recording and budget follow-up; maintaining files and databases; providing software and office equipment support; and guiding less experienced staff on office processes.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of three years of experience in general office support or related areas is required. Proficiency in MS Office and web posting is essential, along with experience in using integrated information management systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar. Experience in administrative support for meetings and conferences, including logistics and travel arrangements, is desirable. Additionally, experience in research and report preparation is beneficial, as is experience working for an international organization.
