Job Overview:
As the Brand, Communications, and Business Development Manager for the Hands on Learning (HoL) Program, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the public voice and national reputation of the program. This position is designed for a strategic, creative, and purpose-driven individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people across Australia. You will be responsible for developing and executing a national brand and positioning strategy that elevates HoL’s profile and amplifies its mission. Your work will involve crafting compelling narratives that showcase the impact of HoL, identifying new initiatives and partnerships, and supporting funding submissions to secure investment for the program. Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Brand, Communications, and Business Development Manager include leading the development of a national brand strategy, executing a strategic communications plan, identifying and developing new initiatives and partnerships, supporting the development of pitches and funding submissions, and championing a data-informed approach to storytelling and brand building. You will also be expected to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, translate evidence and impact into compelling narratives, and work collaboratively with the HoL team to achieve the program's goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of communication strategies and making adjustments as necessary to ensure the program's growth and visibility.
