Job Overview:
The Web Manager will oversee and enhance ACAPS' online presence, managing the day-to-day operations of the website to ensure optimal performance, user experience, and content accuracy. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a keen eye for detail. The Web Manager will be responsible for website management, content strategy, project management, SEO and analytics, UX/UI optimization, and compliance with legal regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Web Manager will oversee the overall performance, security, and functionality of the ACAPS website, ensuring it is user-friendly and aligned with the organization's strategy. Responsibilities include collaborating with content creators to manage web content, leading web Development Projects, monitoring web traffic and SEO performance, evaluating user experience and interface Design, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations such as GDPR. The role also involves working closely with the Communications team, Analysis Unit, external developers, and IT support.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in web development, Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field. They should have 3-5 years of experience in web management or a similar role, with proven experience in TYPO 3 Content Management system and front-end/back-end development. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, SEO tools, Google Analytics, and website optimization techniques is essential, along with familiarity with web hosting platforms and cybersecurity best practices.

Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as web development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Marketing is required for this position. This educational background provides the foundational knowledge necessary for managing web technologies and understanding Digital Marketing strategies.

Experience:
The position requires 3-5 years of experience in web management, web development, or a similar role. Candidates should have a proven track record of managing websites and implementing web technologies effectively, demonstrating their ability to lead projects and enhance online presence.

Languages:
