Job Overview:
In the context of its digital transition, Solidarités International has migrated its work environment to Microsoft 36
  • To finalize this project and facilitate the Change Management associated with this migration, the information systems department seeks to strengthen its team with a Microsoft 365 trainer. The trainer will Design, plan, conduct, and monitor training sessions on Microsoft 365 for the teams at Solidarités International, both at headquarters and in the field, with a particular focus on collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams. The trainer will participate in the finalization of the Microsoft 365 migration project by managing change among teams through training, surveys, and Analysis of the use of collaborative tools. The trainer will need to create a catalog of Microsoft 365 training sessions, establish educational objectives, and deliver these training sessions. Additionally, the trainer will be responsible for training other trainers to ensure that training is delivered as close to the teams as possible. An adaptation of these training sessions to a new online learning tool will also be required, along with the preparation of user documentation. The trainer will also need to plan the completion of the deployment and the training in Coordination with technical teams and country teams. Furthermore, the trainer will measure the adoption of the tools and propose corrective measures if necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Training Programs for Microsoft 365 tailored to the needs of the organization.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff at headquarters and in the field, focusing on collaborative tools like Microsoft Teams.
  • Manage change by assessing the training needs of teams and providing necessary support.
  • Create a comprehensive catalog of training sessions and define clear educational objectives.
  • Train other trainers to ensure effective dissemination of knowledge across the organization.
  • Adapt training materials for online learning platforms and prepare user documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with the information systems department and other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze the usage of collaborative tools to inform training strategies. 1
  • Plan and coordinate the final stages of the Microsoft 365 deployment in collaboration with technical and country teams.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in training, preferably on digital tools.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment is essential.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work across departments.
  • Familiarity with the humanitarian sector is a plus.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.

Educational Background:
A relevant educational background in training, information technology, or a related field is preferred. Specific certifications in Microsoft 365 or training methodologies would be advantageous.

Experience:
A minimum of one year of professional experience in training is required. Experience in training on digital tools is highly encouraged. Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 environment as a user is mandatory, while experience as an Administrator is preferred.

Languages:
Professional proficiency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages may be beneficial but is not specified as a requirement.

Additional Notes:
The position is based at the headquarters of Solidarités International in Clichy la Garenne, with occasional field travel possible. The contract is a short-term contract for 6 months, renewable for an additional 3 months. The position is classified as a managerial role with a gross monthly salary ranging from €2865 to €2985, depending on the candidate's experience and the organization's salary scale. There is a possibility of remote work for 4 days per month, subject to the candidate's profile and experience, in accordance with the organization's telework policy. Employees are entitled to 2.0833 vacation days per month and 1 day of RTT (reduction of working time) for each full month worked. Additional benefits include 80% coverage for health insurance, 60% coverage for meal vouchers, and 50% reimbursement for transportation costs in the Île de France region. The organization also provides full medical coverage during field trips.
