Job Overview:
The Digital Communications Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the IT & Digital Communications team within the FATF Secretariat. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills to assist in the preparation and dissemination of publications, manage online content, and monitor Social Media trends. The assistant will be responsible for updating FATF webpages, producing analytics reports, and providing communications support for major events and publications. The role also involves administrative tasks such as assisting staff with secure online platforms, coordinating software migrations, and managing procurement files for IT services. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of online communications and digital guidelines for FATF staff, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and enhancing the overall communication strategy of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation of publications for online dissemination, ensuring compliance with FATF guidelines. 2. Update and maintain FATF webpages and O.N.E Secretariat landing pages. 3. Monitor online trends and provide feedback for communications strategies. 4. Produce metrics and analytics tracking, analyzing social media engagement and compiling reports. 5. Provide communications support for publication launches, webinars, events, and media briefings. 6. Draft guidance and tools for FATF Secretariat staff. 7. Assist staff in accessing secure online platforms and coordinate software migrations. 8. Attend Correspondant Informatique meetings and provide summaries. 9. Perform administrative tasks for the IT and Digital Communications team, including managing procurement files and assisting with new staff arrivals. 10. Maintain mobile workspace and IT inventories, and assist staff in using corporate tools.

Required Qualifications:
1. Good level of secondary education; training in Office Management or secretarial work is an asset. 2. Relevant experience as a communications assistant, preferably in an international organization. 3. Experience in Content Management and proficiency in emerging web tools and platforms. 4. Familiarity with administrative rules and procedures of international organizations. 5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite and experience in document formatting and lifecycle management. 6. Good knowledge of IT and familiarity with graphic Design software is an asset. 7. Experience with web content Management Systems and social Media Platforms is advantageous.

Educational Background:
The ideal candidate should possess a good level of secondary education. Additional training in office management or secretarial work would be beneficial, enhancing the candidate's ability to perform administrative and communication tasks effectively.

Experience:
Candidates should have relevant experience as a communications assistant, ideally within an international organization. This experience should include managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders and familiarity with the administrative processes of international bodies. The candidate should also demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new rules and procedures, particularly in IT and accounts management.

Languages:
Fluency in one of the two OECD official languages (English and French) is mandatory, along with knowledge of the other language, with a commitment to achieving a good working level in both.

Additional Notes:
This position is a 12-month assignment with an ideal start date as soon as possible. The closing date for applications is midnight (CEST) on Wednesday 25th September 2024. The salary for temporary staff starts at 2670 EUR/month gross, and conditions will depend on the selected candidate's experience and status.
