Job Overview: The position of Conductor involves managing the daily maintenance of assigned vehicles, performing basic checks on tires, brakes, oil, belts, and other components to ensure proper functioning and roadworthiness. The role requires coordinating minor repairs, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of vehicles, ensuring compliance with established maintenance intervals. The Conductor will also maintain updated records of spare parts and conduct monthly inventories of available parts. Planning and selecting the most direct and safe routes using the best available roads for travel is essential. The Conductor must ensure that vehicles are used exclusively for official and authorized purposes, following the supervisor's instructions. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion regarding information and conversations related to the IOM and its personnel is crucial. The role also includes applying relevant safety measures during travel to minimize potential risks to personnel and IOM property. Additionally, the Conductor will receive and assist official personnel at arrival points, collect and deliver correspondence, documents, bags, and other materials between the office and various entities, while maintaining appropriate records. Support in simple administrative tasks may also be required, including phone calls, photocopying, filing, and record maintenance. Other functions related to the position may be assigned by the supervisor.

Educational Background: The position requires a valid driver's license and knowledge of vehicle maintenance. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional training in vehicle maintenance being an advantage.
Experience: Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an international organization or a governmental agency. Experience in vehicle maintenance and knowledge of safety regulations is essential.
Languages: Fluency in Spanish is mandatory. Knowledge of English or other languages is considered an asset.
