Job Overview:
The position of Delegada/o de Castilla La Mancha y Madrid involves significant responsibilities in ensuring the achievement of social action objectives within the assigned territory. The role requires overseeing business development in the realm of social action, supervising production, financial control, and technical results of social action operations. Duties and Responsibilities:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in responsible team positions is required, along with experience in managing substantial budgets and public funds, preferably within the relevant territorial context. Strong institutional relationship management skills at the regional level are essential, as is the ability to coordinate teams across different locations and projects.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes advanced studies in Management and Direction of NGOs and Social Action. This educational foundation is critical for understanding the complexities of social initiatives and the operational frameworks within which the organization operates.

Experience:
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in leadership roles, particularly in managing teams and overseeing significant budgets. Experience in handling public funds and managing relationships with private funders is highly desirable. Languages:
