The role also involves gathering and analyzing lessons learned to implement them into operations assessment documents and future training events. Additionally, the incumbent will support the strategic campaign assessment of future operations and assist in the development of guidance and procedures for operations risk identification and planning. The position requires coordination with various personnel across SHAPE and ACO commands, ensuring that operations assessment collective training is effectively established and conducted across NATO.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess at least 2 years of professional experience in developing, maintaining, and reviewing strategic operations planning and assessment products. They should have the ability to translate operations assessment and risk requirements into educational and training exercises. A university degree in sociology, behavioral science, or a related discipline is required, along with relevant experience. Alternatively, candidates with higher secondary education and advanced vocational training leading to a professional qualification may qualify with 4 years of post-related experience. Proficiency in English at the SLP 3333 level (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a university degree in sociology, behavioral science, or a related field, along with 2 years of function-related experience. Candidates with higher secondary education and completed advanced vocational training leading to a professional qualification are also eligible if they have 4 years of relevant experience.
