Job Overview:
The Protection from Violence Assistant will play a crucial role in implementing the Protection from Violence portfolio, ensuring that cases are managed effectively and in a dignified manner. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identifying and responding to cases of violence in a safe and dignified manner, including during Mobile Protection desks.
• Ensuring timely referral of cases based on identified needs to other stakeholders for appropriate responses.
• Supporting qualitative data collection, assessments, and focus group discussions to identify community needs and service gaps.
• Conducting regular field and home visits in accordance with case management processes.
• Maintaining effective working relationships with relevant stakeholders, including partner agencies and community leaders.
• Addressing cases identified through feedback mechanisms in a timely manner.
• Supporting the analysis of protection trends for planning and advocacy purposes.

Required Qualifications:
