Job Overview: In collaboration with the Head of the marketing" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Digital Marketing Collection Pole, the mission of this position is to deploy the digital strategy and action plan aimed at donor retention and fundraising. The role involves defining and implementing the annual donor retention journey, ensuring the monitoring and analysis of this journey, managing legal, budgetary, and administrative issues related to donor retention, leading cross-cutting topics related to donor loyalty, and managing and guiding the Digital Marketing Assistant (internship). The position requires a strong understanding of marketing strategies focused on retention, a developed digital and media culture, and the ability to work autonomously while being comfortable with remote work. Creativity and a proactive approach are essential, as is a strong alignment with the values of the charitable sector.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Define and implement the annual donor retention journey, ensuring it aligns with the organization's overall strategy.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the donor retention journey, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
Manage legal, budgetary, and administrative aspects related to the donor retention process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Lead cross-functional projects related to donor retention, collaborating with various teams to enhance the overall strategy.
Supervise and mentor the Digital Marketing Assistant, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that effectively engage and retain donors, utilizing various digital platforms and tools.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and donor retention, applying this knowledge to improve strategies.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Digital Marketing and have at least three years of professional experience in this field. Strong skills in retention-oriented marketing strategy are essential, along with a developed digital and media culture. Proficiency in marketing terminology and technical aspects is required, as well as the ability to propose innovative ideas and solutions. Candidates should be comfortable working with visual creation tools such as Photoshop or InDesign, and must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently are crucial for success in this role.
Educational Background: A Master's degree in Digital Marketing is required for this position. This educational background should provide candidates with a comprehensive understanding of marketing principles, digital strategies, and the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of three years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a focus on donor retention strategies. This experience should demonstrate a proven track record of successfully implementing marketing campaigns and strategies that engage and retain donors.
Languages: Fluency in French is mandatory for this position, given the organization's location and target audience. Proficiency in English or other languages would be considered an asset, enhancing communication with international stakeholders and partners.

The salary ranges from €37,000 to €44,000 gross annually, depending on experience, with an additional seniority bonus after three years of service. Employees are entitled to 25 days of annual leave and 21 RTT days. Health coverage and maternity/paternity leave are partially funded by the organization. Transportation costs are reimbursed at 50%, and meal vouchers are provided with a 60% contribution from the organization. Remote work is permitted, with a requirement for four days of presence at the office per month for collective meetings and events.
