Candidates with additional certifications or training in climate change adaptation, project management, or stakeholder engagement will be viewed favorably. A strong academic background that includes research or practical experience in climate-related projects is highly desirable.

Experience:
Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the fields of climate change adaptation, private sector engagement, or sustainable development. Experience working with international organizations, government agencies, or private sector companies on climate-related initiatives is highly advantageous. Demonstrated experience in project management and stakeholder engagement is also essential for this role.
