Job Overview:
The Individual Consultant - Multimedia Consultant position is designed to support the production of various multimedia materials for the IVY Secretariat. This role is crucial in creating engaging graphics, videos, and outreach materials that align with the branding and communication strategies of the IVY teams at both regional and headquarters levels. The consultant will be expected to utilize their expertise in video editing and graphic design to enhance the visibility and impact of the IVY initiatives. The assignment is home-based, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that the consultant can effectively collaborate with the IVY Secretariat team. The consultant will work for a period of approximately 90 working days over the course of 6 months, contributing to the development of high-quality digital content that resonates with target audiences.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Individual Consultant - Multimedia Consultant include:

• Video editing of previously filmed IVY activities to create polished and engaging content.
• Production of branding products tailored for both regional and HQ IVY teams, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity.
• Supporting the creation of multimedia materials for various digital platforms, enhancing the outreach and engagement of IVY initiatives.
• Assisting in the design and production of graphics, multimedia, and outreach materials that effectively communicate the objectives and achievements of the IVY Secretariat.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure that all produced materials meet the required standards and align with the overall communication strategy.
• Adhering to deadlines and managing time effectively to complete tasks within the stipulated timeframe.

Required Qualifications:
The required qualifications for the Individual Consultant - Multimedia Consultant position include:

• Proven experience in multimedia production, including video editing and graphic design.
• Strong proficiency in using multimedia software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• A solid understanding of branding principles and the ability to create visually appealing materials that align with organizational branding guidelines.
