The intern will work closely with marketing officers to validate communication materials, control data, monitor budgets, and conduct phone surveys. Additionally, the intern will support the donor relations service by proofreading and preparing correspondence for donors. The internship aims to provide practical experience in marketing within a humanitarian context, allowing the intern to engage with various aspects of campaign management and donor communication.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist marketing officers in executing multichannel campaigns, including validating communication materials and ensuring data accuracy.
Monitor and manage budgetary aspects of marketing campaigns.
Conduct phone surveys to gather feedback and insights related to marketing efforts.
Support the donor relations team by proofreading and preparing letters and other correspondence for donors.
Analyze ongoing benchmarks related to fundraising cycles and provide recommendations based on findings.
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and project execution.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving marketing strategies and donor engagement.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a BAC+3 level diploma or training in marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and especially Excel is mandatory.
