Job Description

  Save the Children International has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as the permanent Team Coordinator, CEO office . The purpose of this role is to provide high level administrative and Coordination support to the CEO office, supporting the CEO, SCA/SCI Board, Chief of Staff and the wider CEO team.

In order to be successful you will bring/have: EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Essential:

  • Experience in supporting various senior stakeholders, gaining trust and confidence.
  • Experience coordinating complex international travel arrangements
  • Experience coordinating large high-level meetings (in person and virtually)
  • Sound judgement and an ability to effectively prioritise multiple tasks in a constantly changing environment
  • Ability to adopt a pro-active approach to Problem Solving working closely with both the senior colleagues as required and offering solutions as appropriate
  • Ability to work in a highly confidential environment
  • A strong attention to detail
  • High level of initiative and ability to work autonomously on tasks as required
  • Excellent written and Oral Communication skills, fluent in English
  • Advanced skills in using MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • The ability to liaise and communicate effectively with a broad range of people at all levels, across different cultures and to act with credibility, discretion, tact and diplomacy
  • Self- motivated and ability to work autonomously
  • Commitment to the mission, vision and values of Save the Children
Desirable

  • Good knowledge of SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Planner
We can offer circa £26,000 per annum with an option of flexible of working hours
