Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Global Talent Acquisition team within the CRS Human Resource Department. The team is responsible for attracting, engaging and hiring top talent globally. You will provide administrative and organizational support to the Talent Acquisition Team and will assume responsibility for a small portfolio of requisitions over time. You will join a passionate, collaborative team that en joys working together and having fun. Currently position is remote but may be reassessed.

Roles and Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Recruitment Support
  • Manage postings and advertise open jobs
  • Support full lifecycle recruitment and assume a small portfolio (over time)
  • Manage advertising expenses
  • Conduct pre-employment checks
  • Provide sourcing support to recruiters
  • Interview Scheduling as needed
  • Assist candidates with the online application process
  • Attend job fairs and other events
Social Media and Communications
  • Manage social media sites
  • Maintain internal Talent Acquisition SharePoint site
  • Create reports and presentations in MS Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint
Employee Referral Program
  • Track and administer employee referral bonus program
Records Management
  • Generate reports using the Taleo Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Prepare weekly job announcements
  • Manage reoccurring expenses and invoices
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Other tasks as assigned
Knowledge Skills & Abilities Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Focused and able to multi-task
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proven ability to exhibit strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
  • Some recruiting experience
  • Knowledge of and experience using applicant tracking systems. (ADP’s RM or Oracle’s Taleo are preferred).
Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of equivalent education and relevant experience
  • 2+ years of experience working in or supporting a team
  • Demonstrated knowledge and comfort with technology and software.

Normal conditions for an office environment, based in Baltimore at CRS' headquarters.
