Reporting to the Director of Special Projects, the Strategy Coordinator will support the Chief of Staff and Strategy and the team in carrying out procurement, Logistics, and calendar management tasks. The Strategy Coordinator will conduct strategic research/Analysis and translate information/data into compelling communication products (proposals, decks, briefs). The Coordinator will also support with synthesizing and coordinating for quarterly performance reviews and Leadership Team meetings/retreats.

The Strategy Coordinator will have great Coordination, analytics, and communication skills. A fast learner with attention to details combined with strategic acumen will be more effective.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Coordination and Support

Supporting CARE's Chief of Staff and Strategy and the team, the Coordinator will lead procurement, calendar management/scheduling and coordination/logistics tasks in partnership with other departments. Coordinate for various leadership and cross-functional meetings and events, including: preparing for leadership meetings/retreats, annual planning, and quarterly reviews; gathering progress data; preparing decks and e-mails; and synthesizing input and action points. Research and Analysis

Work with the team to identify key research questions related to strategy, CEO and top leadership priorities in line with our Strategy and vision. Conduct internal and external research and analysis (including stakeholder meetings, trends analysis, analyzing data, etc.) Synthesize strategy and events proceedings into insights and actions. Translate data/info into compelling storylines in partnership with other leaders/teams. Communication Products


In partnership with the strategy team, draft inspiring strategy and change communications that help own the Strategy and clarify the trajectory of Organizational Change for the global leadership team, Senior Leadership team, and broader staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, international development or equivalent combination of education and work experience. At least 3 years experience in Project Management, coordination and/or events management experience 3 years’ combined experience in leading strategy related research and analysis and/or creating compelling communication products Executive presence with a track record in working with top leadership Advanced communications skills, including exceptional presentation and PowerPoint story building skills. Strong analytics background. Great comfort with Microsoft Office Suite
