Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive data Analysis strategies to support US and global fundraising initiatives.
  • Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track fundraising performance and key metrics within PowerBI and Salesforce.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance fundraising strategies, campaign performance, and donor engagement.
  • Collaborate with fundraising teams to understand their needs and develop targeted analytical solutions based on market trends.
  • Enhance the quality of fundraising data from various sources in collaboration with others.

Required Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in work experience.
  • Experience doing analysis in a data warehouse like Snowflake using PowerBI as the visualization tool.
  • 8+ years of experience in Data Analysis, with a focus on fundraising, non-profit, or related sectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience working with diverse teams and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Educational Background:
