Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
The intern will be responsible for ensuring adherence to NRC's policies, tools, manuals, and guidelines. Specific duties include implementing delegated tasks according to the work and Development Plan, preparing and drafting progress reports as requested by the Risk and Compliance Coordinator, and promoting ideas for improving the risk and compliance management system. Additionally, the intern will conduct unannounced checks based on a predefined work plan, review and transmit documents for external audit Coordination, follow up on various audit recommendations, assist the Risk and Compliance Manager during training sessions conducted by the department, and perform any other related tasks assigned to them.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a minimum of a BAC+2 degree in audit, control, management, economics, or a related field. A good understanding of English is preferred, and proficiency in computer tools is essential. The ideal candidate should demonstrate discretion, rigor, patience, listening and analytical skills, adaptability to different sociocultural contexts, organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities effectively. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are also required to navigate the complexities of the role.

Educational Background:
