Job Overview:
The position of Référent Technique Suivi et Gestion des Données Programmes is situated within the Deputy Operational Program Directorate (DOAP) and reports to the Head of the SERA & Quality Approaches Pole. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and implement the Data Management strategy for the organization, ensuring its effective execution by country teams and promoting it externally. The individual in this position will enhance the technical and methodological skills of Solidarités International and support program monitoring in intervention countries, closely linked to project management. The role requires a proactive approach to ensure the quality and relevance of intervention frameworks, procedures, methodologies, and tools for responsible program data management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Référent Technique will be responsible for ensuring the quality and relevance of the intervention framework, procedures, methodologies, and tools proposed for monitoring and managing program data. This includes providing technical and methodological support to country teams both remotely and during field visits. The individual will contribute to the development of the organization's SERA strategy and participate in various institutional projects and associated tasks. Additionally, the role involves maintaining an active watch on issues related to monitoring and responsible management of program data, ensuring that best practices are followed and adapted as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a degree in International Development, Management, Information Systems, or an equivalent qualification with a statistical or quantitative data Analysis component. The role requires confirmed humanitarian field experience in SERA or Information Management (IM) Coordination positions, as well as proven experience in program data management. Technical and methodological skills are essential, including excellent knowledge of project cycle management and monitoring tools, as well as familiarity with data management frameworks and methodologies, particularly in sampling and Data Protection.
Educational Background:
A relevant educational background is crucial for this position, with a focus on International Development, Management, or Information Systems. Candidates should have a strong foundation in statistical analysis and data management, which is essential for the effective execution of the role's responsibilities.
Experience:
The position requires confirmed humanitarian field experience, particularly in roles related to SERA or Information Management at a coordination level. Candidates should have a solid track record in managing program data, demonstrating their ability to handle complex data management tasks effectively.
Languages:
Proficiency in both English and French is mandatory, with strong writing and oral communication skills. Knowledge of Spanish is considered an asset, enhancing the candidate's ability to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Additional Notes:
This is a short-term contract position for 18 months, classified as a managerial role. The position is based in Clichy la Garenne, with the possibility of remote work in metropolitan France, subject to negotiation according to the existing telework charter. The gross monthly salary ranges from €2880 to €3000, depending on the organization's salary scale.
