The American Heart Association (AHA) has an excellent opportunity for a Project Coordinator in our Professional Memberships group located at our National Center office in Dallas, TX .

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the Microsoft Dynamics CRM lead for the team, providing continued support through training, reporting, testing and job aid creation. Works closely with the Association’s Dynamics technical team and attends CRM monthly training and support meetings.

  • Responsible for updating and maintaining onboarding job aids.

  • Manages the Conflict-of-Interest process in the Convey system.

  • Meeting preparation support.

  • Provides Operational Support to team and Director.

  • Assists with national committee nomination process.

  • Maintains organizational charts.

  • Assists with onboarding new hires.

  • Monitors and ensures accuracy of council committee web content.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of related professional experience involving administrative or Project Management work.

  • Proficient skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as exceptional customer service skills.

  • Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to be pro-active.

  • Ability to work independently and drive for results to meet deliverables.
