Job Description

VOTRE POSTE ET VOS RESPONSABILITÉS Your main objective on the position is to secure sound logistical performance and Coordination at mission level in order to provide programs with optimum support Considering this objective your tasks are to :
  • Contribute to the definition of mission strategy
  • Coordinate Logistics for the ACF Jordan country office
  • Collaborate with headquarters in the management of international logistics
  • Support Security planning for the mission
  • Promote and ensure collaboration and coordination in logistics with the mission's partners
  • Prevent and manage fraud and corruption
  • Manage the Logistics team in capital and be support/Technical Manager for Logistics Manager in the bases
  • Fulfil general responsibilities and contribute to broader Action Against Hunger Jordan operational quality and consistency
VOTRE PROFIL
  • You have At least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and applied Training Courses relevant to NGO logistics/procurement.
  • You have strong people management skills and a strong understanding of risk management in logistics, in particular related to procurement fraud. You are able to work effectively across teams, strong communication skill. You are a strategic thinker with a strong drive for efficiency in service delivery.
  • You are experienced in understanding of donor regulations and organizational procedures in NGO procurement. You demonstrate an excellent written and verbal command of both English and Arabic is a requirement.
  • Commitment to Gender Equality, diversity, and inclusion would be a plus.
  • Awareness of logistics environment in Jordan is required
VOS CONDITIONS D'EMPLOI
  • 12 months fixed term contract under French legislation
  • Monthly gross salary from 2400 and 2800EUR upon experience
  • Monthly per diem and living allowance: 776$ net, field paid
  • Monthly country allowance: 150EUR
  • 16% of the gross monthly salary for pension insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens
  • Transportation and accommodation: Coverage of transportation costs and guest house
  • Medical coverage: 100% coverage of medical expenses and repatriation insurance
  • Leaves and RnR: 25 days of paid leaves per year, 20 RnR per year and 215 EUR at each RnR period
