The Knowledge Management and Learning functional area includes synthesizing and compiling documentation and learning from across the network on key priority areas. It also involves supporting and maintaining our key Online Learning platforms to ensure that our content is curated and readily accessible to others.

Building on lessons learned and creating documentation around CARE's Learning from Failure initiative - both leading our 2023 learning form failure report and supporting our podcast series. Supporting our ongoing thought leadership work, particularly on pieces related to localization, Health Systems, and Security" id="link" class="link">Food Security. Assisting with our external engagement work as CARE aims to ramp up our presence in critical communities of influential practitioners.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of Master of Public Health or Master of Development Practice education. High level of verbal proficiency. High level of written proficiency. Spanish or French preferred. Microsoft Office, Database Management, data Analysis. Preference for experience with SharePoint. Preference for curious mind and laser sharp attention to detail.
