PURPOSE OF THE CONSULTANCY The Learning Consultant will collaborate closely with the Human Resources Advisor, a.i. in the Career Management and Development team (HR Advisor) in the execution of two organizational development initiatives: a skills and competencies gap Analysis and the development of a structured learning program for PAHO personnel.

Responsabilities: The consultant is expected to: • Prepare communications, coordinate and participate in meetings with key stakeholders to gather information for the skills and competencies Gap Analysis.

• Assist the HR Advisor in the process of development of a learning program and learning paths based on the recommendations of the gap analysis.

• Provide advice on the Design of an internal communication campaign to socialize the learning program and learning paths • Assist the HR Advisor in monitoring the implementation plan for both initiatives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, education, industrial psychology, adult learning or business Administration or related field from a recognized university.

Desirable: knowledge of cloud-based learning platforms would be an asset.

Experience: Essential: Minimum of 7 years of national and/or international experience in conducting learning initiatives and project management Use of IT skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize software programs such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, MS Project.

Use of language skills: Essential: Very good knowledge of English or Spanish with a working knowledge of the other language.

Desirable: Knowledge of Portuguese and/or French would be an asset REMUNERATION Will be based on PAHO scales for International consultants. Current monthly rates range from US$5,166 – US$ 6,273 (Band B).

Work Schedule: Full time.
