Duties and Responsibilities:
The HR Director will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to: providing support to employees throughout their lifecycle, conducting check-in calls, assisting with Development Plans, and processing departures. The director will advise employees and managers on various HR programs and procedures, focusing on onboarding, employee relations, engagement, organizational development, and talent succession. Utilizing key HR metrics, the director will provide insights for continuous improvement in culture and leadership. The role includes improving performance by identifying barriers and implementing coaching strategies, as well as creating and facilitating virtual leadership and individual contributor trainings. The HR Director will lead region-wide HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and will participate in cross-functional projects, maintaining strong partnerships with other HR functions.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the HR Director position must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Preferred qualifications include SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or SPHR/PHR certifications. A minimum of three years of proven experience in human resources is required, with at least two years of experience in employee and leadership coaching. Training facilitation experience is also preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with effective interpersonal skills to relate to and influence individuals at all levels. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance, exceptional Microsoft Word and Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively. The role may require up to 10% travel, both local and overnight.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience may also be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
