In 2019, Action contre la Faim provided aid to 17 million people in more than 49 countries worldwide. www.actioncontrelafaim.org RESPONSIBILITIES Under the supervision of the Director" id="link" class="link">Country Director and in cooperation with the HR Coordinator, you will support the senior management team and the HR team to face the HR challenges linked to the recent changes in the Afghanistan context: Your role is to provide Crisis Management support: - Analyze the necessary conditions for the team to resume work, monitor the working conditions and propose improvement measures - Monitor the social climate and provide regular feedbacks to the Senior Management Team - Ensure the internal communication (newsletters, collective emails, staff meetings / group discussions...) - Support the management team to put in place efficient remote HR and management processes, regularly analyze its efficiency and suggest adaptations - Participate to proposal writing, provide HR information for the budget You also have to overall HR management of international employees regarding: - Recruitment & Induction - Follow-up the HR Administration - Monitoring the application of the contractual requirements - International movements - Living conditions in Amman You will deliver support the HR national team with the daily activities regarding : - Payroll management - Recruitments - HR policies REQUESTED PROFILE You hold a master in management, HR or business administration or related field; you have at least 5 years of experience in humanitarian/Early Recovery/development sector, with minimum 2 years at a similar position.

You have substantial knowledge in Change Management and work organization. You have an ability to work at both strategic and operational levels and you possess your excellent interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, management and communication skills.

Experience in the Afghanistan and in emergency contexts are an added value.

Fluent in English is mandatory.

Experience with ACF would be appreciated.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS / SALARY - 3 months fixed term contract under French legislation.

- Posting : in Amman (Jordan) - Monthly gross salary : from 2450EUR to 2800EUR upon experience - Monthly per diem and living allowance: $340 + $426 (in Amman) or 190EUR + 273EUR (in Kabul) net (cf eurocost), field paid - Monthly country allowance field paid: +150EUR as country allowance (in Amman) / + 450EUR in Kabul - 16% of the gross monthly salary for pension insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens - Transportation and accommodation: Coverage of transportation costs and guest house - Medical coverage: 100% coverage of medical expenses and repatriation insurance - Leaves and RnR: 25 days of paid leaves per year, 20 RnR per year and 215 EUR at each RnR period - Training: Free and unlimited access to the certifying e-learning platform Crossknowledge © - Child allowance ACF is committed to people with disabilities and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
