Job Overview:
The AIIB Global Internship Program is designed for highly motivated individuals seeking to gain experience in international development and infrastructure investment. Interns will engage directly with AIIB’s projects and operations, providing them with hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. The program emphasizes professional development, allowing interns to work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to the unique challenges of infrastructure financing in Asia. Duties and Responsibilities:
Interns will participate in various activities, including Project Management, where they will assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of infrastructure projects. They will conduct research and Analysis on policy issues, investment strategies, and emerging markets. Interns will also develop technical skills in financial modeling, Data Analysis, and project appraisal. Additionally, they will contribute to AIIB’s initiatives focused on promoting sustainable and innovative solutions to infrastructure challenges, ensuring that they gain a comprehensive understanding of the bank's operations and objectives.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess excellent academic records and professional qualifications. Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential. The program is open to candidates of any citizenship, and those working toward degrees aligned with AIIB’s institutional goals are preferred. Relevant professional work experience, including summer jobs and internships, is advantageous but not mandatory.

Educational Background:
Candidates must be enrolled in a full-time master’s or doctoral study program at an internationally recognized institution, with plans to return to school after the internship. This educational requirement ensures that interns are equipped with the necessary theoretical knowledge to complement their practical experience at AIIB.

Experience:
