  Save the Children International has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Financial Accountant - Treasury and Member Reporting (1 Year Fixed Term Contract)

The role holder is responsible for supporting the Treasury back office team to ensure that funds are requested and received from Save the Children members accurately and within required timescales. This role is critical to ensuring funds are available to country offices for program work.

They will also play a key role in assisting the wider Treasury team in managing the 4 key Treasury risks; Liquidity, Interest, FX and Compliance EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • experience of working at a similar level within a complex organisation.

  • knowledge of UK SORP (Statement of Recommended Practice for Charity Accounting and Reporting) and UK/International GAAP and legal requirements would be desirable
