Job Description
We are looking for a Ukrainian Finance Technical Assistant (Cash & Voucher) to join our team in Kyiv. The candidate will be responsible for day to day implementation of the support functions responsibilities.
Assist with the implementation of the Finance function portfolio according to plan of actionPrepare and develop status reports as required by managementSupporting finance team with filing, scanning and maintaining organized filing system with all financial and accounting documents and ensure filing is done according to NRC standardsPromote and share ideas for improvement of the Finance functionContribute to identification of protection risks and needs in the context of Program ImplementationEnsure NRC finance, HR, Logistics guidelines are followedAssist Coordinator" id="link" class="link">Finance Coordinator/officer for internal and external Financial & Systems Audits conducted at NRC UkraineMaintaining cash and prepare daily cashbox reconciliations Making payments in online bank system Ensure supporting documents for transactions in a line with minimum requirementsSupport in Banking related issues Ensure supporting documentation scanned and upload to Filling TreeExperience from working as a Finance Assistant/AccountantKnowledge of accountingKnowledge of English, both written and verbal - is preferableKnowledge of the context in the areas NRC operates - preferableFluency in Ukrainian/Russian both written and verbalKnowledge of legal tax base for the representation officeExperience from working with local Financial Institutions and tax authorities - preferableKnowledge of accounting and financial systemsExperience online banking and/or cash handling
