As the go-to expert on organizational-wide and strategic Change Management, the Director" id="link" class="link">Senior Director will oversee the implementation of CARE USA's Impact Drivers and most transformational/global initiatives. They will lead and orchestrate change management efforts to drive change, secure leadership buy-in, and inspire staff. The Senior Director will also create and execute change communication strategies to reinforce the strategy and most transformational and complex initiatives.

Most importantly, the Senior Director will be an outstanding thought partner to senior leaders from cross-functional teams and will manage and guide the growth of a small team of Senior Managers responsible for implementing strategic initiatives and Performance Management.

A Master's degree in a related field (MBA, Organizational Development, change management, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and work experience. 8 years’ practical experience in change management in a Senior Leadership role 5 years experience in leading large scale and complex change initiatives with ability to manage transformational projects 3-5 years people leadership and management experience Advanced communications skills, written and spoken A deep understanding of organizational dynamics and culture, and the ability to navigate political landscapes Experience working in a global organization, with knowledge of cultural differences Strong Problem Solving and analytics background
