Responsibilities

The American Heart Association (AHA) has an excellent opportunity for a Community Customer Care Specialist. (Preferred location: DFW area.) Additional Information:

  • Salary: $17.75 /hour
  • Location: Fully remote (training and work)
  • Training: February 14, 2022 – April 29, 2022
  • Equipment: Full home office set up provided to you before training begins (laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and headset)
  • Shift: Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 6:45am – 7:15pm CT with the first shift starting at 6:45am; Saturday 8:45am– 5:15pm CT.

Daily Scope of Work – The Community Customer Care Specialist will cultivate customer relationships by responding to inbound calls about various American Heart Association and American Stroke Association programs and revenue generation. Outcomes will be recorded in CRM/Microsoft Dynamics. The ability to navigate a computerized Data Entry system and other relevant applications is required. Specialist may also be asked to perform other responsibilities based on special projects available to them.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least six months’ customer service experience, including managing accounts/clients, demonstrating a strong customer satisfaction focus and passion to help others.
