Founded in 1961, the OECD comprises 38 member countries and operates in various sectors, including economic performance, education, and international tax standards. The organization serves as a forum for data Analysis, best-practice sharing, and public policy advice, aiming to foster collaboration among governments, policymakers, and citizens globally. The Trade Union Advisory Committee to the OECD (TUAC) represents the labour movement's views to the OECD and its committees, operating from a permanent secretariat in Paris, independently funded by national trade union confederations.
Job Overview:
The TUAC Secretariat is seeking a Communications Officer to enhance its communications efforts. This role involves reporting directly to the General Secretary of TUAC and is pivotal in managing and growing TUAC's communications strategy. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing social Media Management, creating engaging content for the TUAC website, and developing multimedia content to promote TUAC's initiatives.
