The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a Client Services Manager based out of our National Center office located in Dallas, TX!
This position will work in a hybrid setting (in office 2-3 days a week and as needed - must be flexible to be on-site for this position) in our Dallas office.

Responsibilities
Responsible for managing business operations for the HeartQuarters Training Center business unit and providing training both internally and externally under the lead of the Senior Client Services Manager. Responsible for recruiting, training, and retaining staff instructors. Works closely with AHA Legal and Finance on contracts, invoicing and collections.
Essential Job Duties
Oversees Training Center operations. Ensure that overall business goals are reached and that AHA guidelines are followed. Ensures all functions of Training Center are completed in accordance with The Program Administration Manual (PAM). Provides guidance and assigns administrative tasks associated with Training Center operations to team members.
Oversees capacity and scheduling of the Training Center to facilitate existing and new pilot projects including the virtual CPR project. Develop and maintain agreements, ensure materials are available and delivered as needed, and all aspects of each training program are in place to support the scheduled training. .
Work closely with Sr. Manager to build out business operations for new virtual CPR training.
Track revenues and activities in a timely manner, helping to generate monthly and end-of-year revenue forecasts. Record and report on account and training activities. Prepares and distributes reports on compliance to department leadership.
Build and maintain relationships with staff instructors to respond to training requests from CEO Roundtable participant companies. Provide resources as requested for CPR training.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in education, Business, Sales, Marketing, related area or equivalent work experience and CPR Instructor certification
Experience with adult Training Programs, customer service, or service/training product sales
Experience in the operations and management of Training Center facilities
Certified AHA CPR Instructor status
Decision making ability towards solving problems, while working under pressure and effectively communicating these solutions to co‑workers and customers
Excellent time management skills including prioritizing work assignments, being flexible in scheduling tasks, and meeting deadlines.
Excellent in advanced PowerPoint, Word and Excel and delivering power Point presentations to both large and small groups
Ability to effectively interact with corporate representatives at a high management level.
Preferred Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of AHA systems including: Microsoft Outlook, Skype for Business, SharePoint, E1, Optimus and Workflow
