Job Overview: The position of Missions at Solidarités International involves leading and strengthening the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) processes for the mission. The MEAL coordinator will play a vital role in adapting to the evolving context of the conflict in Ukraine and ensuring that the mission's activities remain relevant and impactful.
Duties and Responsibilities: The MEAL coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing MEAL systems across multiple programs, ensuring that monitoring and evaluation processes are robust and effective. Key responsibilities include:

Candidates should also demonstrate strong communication skills, strategic planning abilities, and collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Additional Notes: The position is a salaried role with a starting gross salary of EUR 2860 per month, which includes a base salary and an annual leave allowance. Additionally, a monthly Per Diem of USD 700 is provided. SI covers accommodation costs and travel expenses for expatriates. The contract duration is for one year, with a system of alternating work and time off implemented at the rate of 7 working days every three months, along with an additional rest day per month worked.
