Job Overview: The position of Chef·fe de projet adjoint·e involves supporting the design, configuration, and deployment of a new financial management software aimed at enhancing mission oversight, ensuring data reliability, automating controls, and providing effective analytical tools. This role is integrated within the management control team and the project committee, consisting of four members, and will work under the supervision of the finance project manager. The successful candidate will contribute to the functional development of the software, its deployment among users, and the overall management of the project. The position is crucial as it involves analyzing business needs, contributing to technical specifications, and ensuring that the software meets the operational requirements of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Chef·fe de projet adjoint·e include participation in the software design process, analyzing business needs, and contributing to technical specifications. The candidate will be responsible for mapping and formalizing processes, workflows, and data flows, preparing use cases, datasets, and test cases. They will follow the development and configuration process alongside the project manager and integrator, participate in testing, identify anomalies, and draft user and methodological guides. Additionally, the role involves change management and training, including developing and implementing an internal communication plan, facilitating a working group between headquarters and field teams, and creating training programs for users. The candidate will also define selection criteria for pilot offices, organize real-condition tests, and oversee the deployment of the software across various missions. Additional Notes: The position is based at the headquarters of Solidarités International in Clichy, with the possibility of remote work. The contract is a short-term contract (CDD) with a duration of 18 months. The gross monthly salary ranges from 2,865 to 2,985 euros, depending on the salary scale in effect at the headquarters.
