Job Overview:
The position of Chef·fe de projet adjoint·e involves supporting the design, configuration, and deployment of a new financial management software aimed at enhancing mission oversight, ensuring data reliability, automating controls, and providing effective analytical tools. This role is integrated within the management control team and the project committee, consisting of four members, and will work under the supervision of the finance project manager. The successful candidate will contribute to the functional development of the software, its deployment among users, and the overall management of the project. The position is crucial as it involves analyzing business needs, contributing to technical specifications, and ensuring that the software meets the operational requirements of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Chef·fe de projet adjoint·e include participation in the software design process, analyzing business needs, and contributing to technical specifications. The candidate will be responsible for mapping and formalizing processes, workflows, and data flows, preparing use cases, datasets, and test cases. They will follow the development and configuration process alongside the project manager and integrator, participate in testing, identify anomalies, and draft user and methodological guides. Additionally, the role involves change management and training, including developing and implementing an internal communication plan, facilitating a working group between headquarters and field teams, and creating training programs for users. The candidate will also define selection criteria for pilot offices, organize real-condition tests, and oversee the deployment of the software across various missions. Participation in project committees and monitoring inter-departmental projects related to the software is also required, along with supporting contractual follow-up and substituting for the project manager in their absence.

Required Qualifications:
The required qualifications for this position include a Bac+4/5 degree in finance or management control, along with 3 to 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the humanitarian sector. A first experience on an Information System project, ideally related to a financial tool, is a significant asset. The candidate should have participated in projects involving the design, redesign, or deployment of financial management tools and should be accustomed to collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (finance, development, operations, IT/DSI) and field users in diverse contexts. Proficiency in both English and French is essential.

Educational Background:
Candidates should possess a Bac+4/5 level education in finance or management control, which indicates a strong foundation in financial principles and practices necessary for the role. This educational background is critical for understanding the complexities of financial management within the humanitarian context and for effectively contributing to the development and deployment of financial management software.

Experience:
The position requires 3 to 5 years of professional experience in financial management, specifically in areas such as management control, reporting, and budget management. Experience in the humanitarian sector is preferred, as it provides valuable insights into the unique challenges and requirements of financial management in this field. Additionally, prior involvement in projects related to Information Systems, particularly those focused on financial tools, is considered a major advantage.

Languages:
Fluency in both English and French is mandatory for this position, as effective communication in these languages is crucial for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of additional languages may be considered beneficial but is not explicitly required.

Additional Notes:
The position is based at the headquarters of Solidarités International in Clichy, with the possibility of remote work. Employees can work 4 to 12 days remotely per month or opt for 100% remote work with a requirement of 3 days of in-person attendance each month, in accordance with the current telework charter and manager's approval. The contract is a short-term contract (CDD) with a duration of 18 months. The gross monthly salary ranges from 2,865 to 2,985 euros, depending on the salary scale in effect at the headquarters. Additional benefits include health insurance coverage (80%), meal vouchers (60%), and transportation costs (50%) covered by the organization. Employees are entitled to 2.0833 vacation days per month and 1 RTT day for each complete month of work.
