Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Country Office Logistics Coordinators and Area Managers to ensure timely supplier pre-qualification processes.
Respond to clarification questions from potential vendors regarding the pre-qualification process.
Facilitate the issuance and collection of Call for Interest (CFI) documents at the country office.
Organize the opening of envelopes and prepare the opening minutes for the pre-qualification process.
Archive hardcopy and softcopy documents systematically for easy retrieval.
Prepare specific evaluation criteria for each category of goods/services/work for which a prequalified supplier list will be maintained.
Conduct due diligence processes with committee members to ensure compliance and thorough evaluation.
