The Talent Acquisition Partner will partner with the business, working side by side with our hiring managers to find and hire the best possible talent from internal and external talent pools. You'll own the hiring process from role kickoff to offer negotiation while working with the entire Talent Partner team to continuously iterate and optimize our process, tools, and candidate experience. As a member of the Talent Partner team, will collaborate on Talent Management and talent acquisition projects associated with attracting, developing and retaining diverse global workforce. May also take serve as HR Business Partner to one or more client groups through partnering on the full talent life cycle including but not limited to performance management, employee relations, Change Management, and learning and development.   • Leads the life-cycle recruitment process for open positions (Global Services, project and proposal); includes recruitment launch, identifying and sourcing appropriate talent, relationship management with internal clients and external vendors, interviews, and offers. Develops recruitment strategies to include job posting optimization, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment branding, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, and talent planning. Present PSI’s Employment Value Proposition in a compelling manner. Engages and proactively communicates with clients and candidates throughout the process. Maintains compliant recruitment records.

  • Manages ad hoc HR related projects related to business priorities. May include serving as HRBP for one or more client groups. Serves as organizational lead for one or more talent acquisition initiatives such as project startup/closeout, social media, compliance and talent acquisition systems and processes.

  • May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent acquisition, deployment, or retention. Identifies future talent needs and proactively develops networks and pipeline for these positions.

The basics
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or equivalent required, Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent preferred.

  • Requires at least 5 years progressive talent management and acquisition experience; preference for candidates with proposal recruitment background

  • Strong working knowledge and depth of multiple Human Resource disciplines including, but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and domestic (US) and International employment related laws. Preference for candidates familiar with donor regulations that impact HR policies, procedures and programs (i.e. USAID, DFID, Global Fund).

  • Significant experience developing and maintaining Client Relationships in the face of conflicting demands.

  • Proven business analytical skills and experience utilizing critical thinking to help clients identify issues and trends, develop solutions and/or recommendations that reflect a balance of meeting business objectives and talent management considerations.

  • Ability to tailor HR advice to client needs and present information to clients that considers business impacts and articulate the benefits for stakeholders.

  • Fluency in written and verbal communication skills; preference for candidates with French and/or Spanish language.

  • References will be required.

  • The successful candidate will be required to pass a background check.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
